Although the Jumble Fun programs are very simple, they can be set up in a number of ways.
You can:
• Set the level of challenge for the user
• Use one or two switches
• Use your own pictures as the puzzles
• Add electronic speech as part of the completion reward.
As with all RESOURCE software, press CONTROL + F2 from the title screen top
open the Configuration editor.

With
the Computer choice option set on a 4 x 4 jigsaw with three pieces missing will look something
like the picture on the left.

The pieces to be place are at the bottom of the screen. Click a piece and it will
moved into the space the computer has highlighted. The wrong piece won't fit, of course, and
it will be moved back to the bottom.
If you need a hint, click the ?. |
 You
can always make the puzzle more challenging by setting the maximum number of pieces wide, high
and missing. Then choose to solve the puzzle by selecting Squares from the title screen.
Whatever the level, get it right and you will be rewarded with the original animated dancing
penguins. |
Setting
up for switch access is just as straightforward. Choose the Switches tab in the Configuration
editor. You can match the required keystrokes to match your usual setup.
With switch access on, a scanning highlighter will indicate the part or the place and will also
scan round to the control buttons.

|
But you don't have to use our pictures: choose to Use pictures from this folder and
you can browse to a folder of your own. If you choose this option, you get another tab with further
choices.
Obviously, you won't get an animated reward, but you can add a 'Well done!'. Or
you can use any installed speech engine to read the name of the file when the puzzle is solved:
the picture file used in the puzzle below is called 'A man drinking coffee.bmp'.
