Looking for the perfect job?

Domino’s has what you need: a garlic bread taste tester chef.

Yeah – you butter believe it.

Domino’s posted a job offer on LinkedIn in a bid to find “someone a little crispy, but mostly warm and soft on the inside” to help test their garlic breads at Domino’s Brisbane headquarters.

This will involve a day of tasting the pizza giant’s garlic bread and other products, and providing important feedback to the team – for $225.

No Brissy? Don’t worry, Domino’s is willing to secure return domestic flights if the successful candidate is not within driving distance of Brisbane, and one night’s accommodation (if a same day return flight is not not available).

Here are the criteria for the ideal candidate:

  • I’ve never met carbs they didn’t like

  • Does not identify as a vampire

  • Features the perfect “crispy to chewy” ratio

  • Is passionate about food, innovation and fun.

And here is their ideal experience:

  • Minimum of five years of experience eating garlic bread

  • Has a detailed understanding of the relationship between pizza and garlic bread

  • Has active taste buds

  • Burned his fingers at least once without being able to wait for the garlic bread to cool

  • Has the habit of examining the food choices of others (solicited and/or unsolicited).
